10 years ago, I found myself at a dead end.

My creativity was buried. My marriage was crumbling. I couldn't conceive a child. And I was desperately thirsty for something that felt both magical and real.

Lost and afraid, I gave up everything I thought my life was supposed to be — my marriage, my career, all my carefully laid plans. And I walked through a door into a decade-long journey of coming home to myself.

This path took me to indigenous elders, wild mountains and ancient plant medicines. I learned what it means to be human on this earth, and how to let life move freely through my body again.

So I could become a vessel for what wants to be born.
